According to the results declared by Professor Abayomi Fasina, the Returning Officer for the election on the morning of November 12, Uzodinma of the APC received a total of 540,308 votes.

According to the results declared by Professor Abayomi Fasina, the Returning Officer for the election on the morning of November 12, Uzodinma of the APC received a total of 540,308 votes.
His closest rival, PDP’s Emeka Anyanwu, garnered 71,503 votes, while Labour party’s Athan Achonu secured a total of 64,081 votes.
