Hojlund scores twice as Man United beat Luton
Despite further chances for the visitors to extend their lead, Hojlund’s stellar performance ensured the Red Devils emerged victorious at Kenilworth Road Stadium.

Rasmus Hojlund netted two goals within the opening seven minutes as Manchester United secured a 2-1 victory against Luton in their English Premier League (EPL) clash on Sunday.
Despite further chances for the visitors to extend their lead, Hojlund’s stellar performance ensured the Red Devils emerged victorious at Kenilworth Road Stadium.
Hojlund swiftly capitalized on a defensive error just 37 seconds into the game, swiftly rounding the goalkeeper to score into an empty net, marking the fastest goal of the season for Manchester United in the EPL.
The Danish forward completed his brace when Alejandro Garnacho’s shot ricocheted off him into the net. Although Luton managed to pull one back through Carlton Morris’ header, Manchester United maintained their lead going into halftime.
Despite several opportunities in the second half, including attempts from Marcus Rashford, Garnacho, and Bruno Fernandes, Manchester United couldn’t extend their lead further.
However, they held on to claim all three points, with a last-minute corner kick from Luton hitting the bar. With this win, Manchester United remains in sixth place in the league standings with 44 points, trailing Tottenham by three points.
