Harmony Holdings Limited organises roadshow to market newly Hub in Ilorin

In bid to expose its services to the public, Harmony Investment and Property Development Company (HIPDC) a subsidiary of Harmony Holdings Limited, on Friday held a Road Show in order to create awareness about the on Sales of the newly ultramodern Mall, Harmony HUB 2.

The roadshow which kick started from HIPDC office in Fate, saw the staff matching across the city of Ilorin, Kwara state.

According to informations obtain by SHO PEN ONLINE, the 19 space complex which is Located at Fate road in Ilorin, comprises of Warehouse, Large stall, small stall, offices and showroom.

The Hub features included, Strategic prime location, Ample parking space, 24 hours security services, Flexible payment plan, Power/water supply and Professional facility management services.

Speaking Ealier with our Correspondence, The acting MD Harmony Holdings Limited, Ahmed Jibril, explained the motive of the road show.

He said; “To expose our product to the world so that they can actually know that a project is on the line for people to buy.

“If you observe here, you would see that we have different shops, showroom, offices and Warehouse. So that means in a single building, we can have varieties of class of people that can come below, the medium and the high.

“Base on that, since we complete this project, we felt individuals that are interested, particularly, the high taste of people that will want to be within the complex need to know about it and we need to let the world know by going to the street, dance and expose ourselves so that we can advertise

Jubril however urged the public to look at the product as testing ground for them to run, adding that “the best quality product as a mall in Ilorin is Harmony Holdings Hub, our prices are moderate and there’s discount depending the time frame of payment.”

On his part, the Marketing Manager HIPDC, Sheu Nasiru, said “HIPDC is involved in landed property and other commercial products, initially we had Hub 1 and it has been fully occupied but presently the Hub 2 is completed and our gathering here is to make sure everything are sold within the frame time.”
