Gbenga Power donates Secretariat to APC in Igbaja

A Stalwart of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Kwara State, Hon. Gbenga Olakunle Power has donated an ultra modern Secretariat to the party in Igbaja ward 1, Ifelodun local government area of the state.

The donation ceremony was held shortly after a special prayer organized in honor of Mall. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq this afternoon.

Alh Mashood Alaka commissioned the building on behalf of Kwara State Governor, Mall. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq.

Alaka commended the Stalwart for the gesture, urged members of the party in the ward to unite in order to attract dividend of democracy and development to Igbaja.

Earlier while addressing newsmen during the event, Gbenga said the former secretariat was not befitting the status of Igbaja ward 1.

“The former secretariat was not befitting of our status, Igbaja ward 1 is a prominent ward in the scheme of things, the Governor gave us no fewer than 7 choice appointments in his first tenure, yet we couldn’t have a befitting secretariat.

“In support of the party and appreciation of the Governor for showing uncommon love for Igbaja, I have chosen to donate this 4 bedroom flat that’ll be fully equipped with office chairs, furniture and computers” The Former House of Representatives candidate added.
