Ganduje : Uzodimma, Ododo’s victories show Nigeria appreciate good governance 

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, extends congratulations to Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State for securing re-election in the off-cycle governorship poll. 

Ganduje also expresses satisfaction with the overwhelming support for Alhaji Usman Ododo in the Kogi State governorship election. 

In a statement on Sunday night, conveyed by his Chief Press Secretary, Edwin Olofu, Ganduje asserts that these victories underscore Nigerians’ endorsement of the APC, reflecting their appreciation for good governance.

Ganduje further emphasizes that the triumphs in both states signify the electorate’s contentment with the dividends of democracy delivered by Governor Uzodimma of Imo State and the outgoing Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello. 

He pledges the APC’s commitment to fulfilling promises and delivering good governance. Ganduje urges opposition parties in both states to accept defeat gracefully, acknowledging their crucial role in maintaining a healthy democratic process. 

He encourages collaboration with Governor Hope Uzodimma and the incoming governor of Kogi State, Ahmed Usman Ododo, for the collective advancement of their respective states. 

Ganduje concludes by recognizing the importance of viable opposition in democracy and assures that there will be future opportunities for political contestation.
