FA Cup Final: We’re Ready to Make History – Kwara United’s Shola AbdulRaheem

Kwara United midfield dynamo, Shola Abdulraheem, has assured fans and football lovers of the team’s readiness to go all out for victory in the final of the President Federation Cup against Abakaliki FC this Saturday.
Speaking to the club media at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena on Monday after supporting the U-19 team to a 2-0 win over Enyimba in the National Youth League Super 8, the energetic midfielder emphasized the team’s determination and mental focus.
> “As you can see, we are not leaving any stone unturned. We’re working round the clock to ensure we win on Saturday. We want to make history and be part of it. We’re giving our 100%,” Shola said.
He further added that the final means a lot to the players and the entire state, stressing that failure is not an option at this stage.
Kwara United will face Abakaliki FC on Saturday, June 28, at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in what will be their first-ever appearance in the final of Nigeria’s oldest domestic competition.
