Euro 2024: France to Face Spain in semi-final
France will face Spain in the Euro 2024 semi-final.
Les Bleus advanced to the semi-finals by defeating Portugal in a penalty shootout on Friday night.
The match remained goalless for 120 minutes, with few opportunities for either team.
Theo Hernandez secured the winning penalty for France after Portugal’s Joao Felix struck the post during the shootout.
Didier Deschamps’ team will now compete against Spain for a spot in the final.
Spain reached the semi-final by scoring a late extra-time goal to eliminate Germany from the tournament.
