Esinrogunjo holds annual ramadan lecture in ilorin

A Stalwart of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Kwara state, Comrade Musbau Esinrogunjo on Saturday held his annual ramadan Lecture.

The Islamic event which is organized in a bid to sensitize Muslims during the holy month of ramadan took place at Esinrogunjo compound, Gaa-Aremu, Ilorin, the capital of Kwara State.

The guest lecturer of the day, Sheik Abdullahi Toyin Salaty laid emphasis on the need of humbleness in Islam.

He also charged Muslims faithfuls to be closer with God, noting that staying close to Allah and supplicating to him from time to time will open avenue of new blessings and graciousness into ones life.

Earlier in his interview, Comrade Musbau Esinrogunjo explained that the event is organized to preaches the word of almighty Allah to Muslims faithfuls during this holy month of Ramadan.

He urged Muslims to embrace peace, unity and togetherness during and after ramadan.

Responding to questions about his advice to PDP Party Members, Esinrogunjo said, “We Should have unity and mutual understanding, We know this election was manipulated but we take faith because we are good Muslim whatever the outcome of the result we have accepted it as faith but we know Almighty Allah will return back power to the people all our PDP people to remain calm and resolute”

The event had the attendance of top dignitaries including, Kwara PDP Chieftain, Alh Oba Ajara, PDP Ilorin West Chairman, Alh. Abdulkadir Issa and Former Kwara Commissioner for Health, Hon. Atolagbe Alege.

Others are; Former Governorship Aspirant, Hon. Baba Idris, Director of Programs for ABS Foundation, Engr Otukoko Olayinka Ibrahim, Former special Assistant to Kwara Governor on sport, Alh Toyin Olokoba, Kwara PDP Stalwart, Alhaja Sarat Adebayo and others who are too numerous to mention.
