Eight Months Out Of Four Years Not Enough To Judge Tinubu – Uzodimma
Serving as the Chairman of the Progressives Governors’ Forum within the All Progressives Congress (APC), Uzodimma expresses confidence in Tinubu’s ability to steer Nigeria out of economic challenges.

Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State asserts that it is premature to evaluate President Bola Tinubu’s performance in crucial sectors such as security and the economy.
Serving as the Chairman of the Progressives Governors’ Forum within the All Progressives Congress (APC), Uzodimma expresses confidence in Tinubu’s ability to steer Nigeria out of economic challenges.
Speaking on Channels Television’s Sunday Politics program, Uzodimma anticipates that the results of Tinubu’s policies will become evident in the next few months, prompting praise for sweeping reforms.
Despite current economic hardships, including a 28.92% inflation rate, 33.93% food inflation, 18.75% interest rate, and various socio-economic challenges, Uzodimma assures Nigerians that Tinubu possesses the “password” to address these issues.
As the Chairman of both the South-East Governors’ Forum and the Progressives Governors’ Forum, Uzodimma, representing five and twenty governors, respectively, stands united in supporting Tinubu’s efforts.
He urges patience, attributing some challenges to perceived cabals, and highlights Tinubu’s recent policy decisions, such as removing the subsidy on petrol and unifying foreign exchange windows, as significant steps towards a better system.
