Danladi instructs Kwara LG DPMs to handover to Council Heads
In a statement from his office, the Chairman emphasized that this decision is made in the best interest of the effective management of the Local Government Councils in the state.
The Executive Chairman of the Kwara State Local Government Service Commission and Kwara State Local Government Pension Board, Alhaji Umar Danladi Shero, has issued a directive for all Directors of Personnel Management to transfer their responsibilities to the Heads of Department, Administration, within their respective Local Government Councils.
In a statement from his office, the Chairman emphasized that this decision is made in the best interest of the effective management of the Local Government Councils in the state.
As a result, he has ordered all Deputy Personnel Managers to promptly hand over all administrative functions and tools they possess to the relevant Heads of the Department of Administration.
Furthermore, he expressed gratitude to them for their dedicated service in overseeing the operations of their respective Councils.
