Chelsea is set to offload up to seven players as manager Mauricio Pochettino seeks to transform the team into genuine title contenders following their seventh league defeat.

After losing 2-0 to Everton on Sunday, the Blues dropped to 12th place in the Premier League, trailing behind Fulham and Brentford.

Pochettino, under pressure at Stamford Bridge, has been in ongoing discussions with directors to identify players not meeting the required performance standards for the future at Chelsea.

Those deemed insufficient include Noni Madueke, Trevoh Chalobah, Armando Broja, Marc Cucurella, Axel Disasi, Ian Maatsen, and Malo Gusto.

These players are set to be made available for sale, with plans to bring in higher-quality replacements over the next two transfer windows, according to TEAMtalk reports.
