Chelsea begin move to sign Osimhen

Chelsea has initiated contact with Napoli as they aim to sign Victor Osimhen during the upcoming summer transfer window.
According to Di Marzio, the Blues are prepared to make a significant offer for the Nigerian striker in advance of the next season.
The proposed deal could include a cash offer of about €80-90 million, plus the addition of Romelu Lukaku, who is currently on loan at Roma, and a young player.
Chelsea will face competition from Paris Saint-Germain, who are also keen to acquire Osimhen.
The Ligue 1 champions are willing to meet Osimhen’s €120 million release clause and offer him a four-year contract with a salary of €13 million per year.
Chelsea’s ability to proceed with the deal could be hindered by financial constraints and the need to comply with the Premier League’s Profit & Sustainability Regulations (PSR), potentially causing them to withdraw from the bidding process.
