Charles Okocha, the Nollywood actor, has responded to recent allegations made by Portable, the controversial singer.
Portable accused Okocha of withholding N20 million from him after an endorsement deal where Okocha was allegedly paid N40 million.
Okocha, in a video shared on Instagram, clarified that Portable approached him for friendship, and out of goodwill, he invited Portable to an event.
Okocha claimed he transferred N5 million to Portable afterward, with no signed agreements.
He emphasized that Portable’s accusations were baseless and aimed at tarnishing his reputation.
