Burna Boy’s sister reacts to Davido’s ‘New Cat’ Comment
In a viral video shared on Thursday, Davido said that he and Wizkid were the first young Nigerian artists to hit stardom and described Burna Boy, Rema, Fireboy, Mayorkun and Asake as ‘new cats’, which implied up-and-coming artiste.
Nissi, the sister to singer Burna Boy has thrown shades at Davido over his statement about her brother.
In a viral video shared on Thursday, Davido said that he and Wizkid were the first young Nigerian artists to hit stardom and described Burna Boy, Rema, Fireboy, Mayorkun and Asake as ‘new cats’, which implied up-and-coming artiste.
Reacting to this, Nissi shared a video from Burna Boy’s concert on her Instagram account and wrote in Pidgin English, “New cats dey face their hustle.”
