Burna Boy Features Seyi Vibez, Others in new Album ‘I Told Them’
The self-proclaimed African Giant unveiled the album artwork on Monday, announcing its release date as August 25.
Afrofusion artist Burna Boy has enlisted the talents of Nigerian superstar Seyi Vibez among others for his upcoming sixth studio album titled ‘I Told Them’.

Spanning 15 tracks, the album features guest appearances by J. Cole, Dave, and Seyi Vibez, the acclaimed Nigerian singer. The tracks within the album include titles such as ‘I Told Them’, ‘Normal’, ‘On Form’, ‘Giza’ featuring Seyi Vibez, ‘Tested, Approved & Trusted’, and ‘Dey Play’.
Additional tracks consist of ‘Thanks’ featuring J. Cole, ‘Cheat On Me’ featuring Dave, ‘Virgil’, ‘City Boys’, ‘Jewels’, and ‘If I’m Lying’.
Over the past two months, Burna Boy has already released three tracks from the album: ‘Sittin’ On Top Of The World’ featuring 21 Savage, ‘Big 7’, and ‘Taliban II’ featuring Bryon Messia.
Born as Damini Ogulu, Burna Boy rose to prominence with the release of ‘Like to Party’, the lead single from his debut album ‘L.I.F.E’.
In 2021, Burna Boy made history in Nigeria by winning the Grammy Award for ‘Best World Music Album’ with his fifth album ‘Twice As Tall’. He also became the first African artist to achieve over one billion streams on Audiomack.
Recently, Burna Boy delivered a performance at the 2023 UEFA Champions League (UCL) final.
The singer has also received 11 nominations for this year’s Headies Awards.
