Buhari’s reckless policies responsible for current hardship – Oshiomhole
Speaking on Channels Television, Oshiomhole recalled his opposition to certain policies that, in his view, worsened the plight of the already struggling population.
Edo North Senator Adams Oshiomhole has criticized the previous administration led by President Muhammadu Buhari, stating that Nigerians are currently suffering due to what he described as “reckless policies.”
Speaking on Channels Television, Oshiomhole recalled his opposition to certain policies that, in his view, worsened the plight of the already struggling population.
He emphasized his allegiance to Nigeria above any particular administration and pointed out that the enduring hardships stem from decisions made during Buhari’s tenure.
Oshiomhole also clarified that individuals such as Bola Tinubu should not be held responsible for the actions of past governments.
Former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Lamido Sanusi, echoed similar sentiments, arguing that blaming Tinubu for the present economic challenges disregards years of mismanagement.
Sanusi stressed the importance of fair judgment and committed to critiquing any detrimental economic policies in the future.
