Atiku’s lawyer, Kalu Kalu, points out a discrepancy in President Bola Tinubu’s NYSC certificate submitted to INEC.
According to Kalu, the name on the certificate is Bola Adekunle Tinubu, not Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Kalu also alleges that Tinubu’s educational documents, including those submitted to INEC, contain inconsistencies and potential forgeries.
This issue arises in the context of Atiku Abubakar challenging Tinubu’s victory in the February 25 poll and subsequent tribunal judgments.
Abubakar has obtained court approval to access Tinubu’s academic records from Chicago State University for use in his legal case.
