Afrobeats artist Asake has unveiled the remix of his popular track ‘Lonely At The Top,’ available on all streaming platforms since Wednesday.
The song is part of his ‘Work of Art’ album released in June. Collaborating with Grammy-winning American singer H.E.R., the remix showcases a seamless blend of their lyrical prowess and musical styles.
Asake’s poignant lyrics express the challenges of success, while H.E.R. emphasizes self-reliance and the pursuit of dreams.
Asake, also known as Ahmed Ololade, rose to fame in 2020 with his hit ‘Lady’ and joined the YBNL record label in February 2022.
In April, he shared that he predominantly sings in Yoruba as music transcends language barriers.
H.E.R., recognized for her achievements in R&B, holds accolades such as an Academy Award, a Children’s and Family Emmy Award, and five Grammy Awards.
