Asake drops 3rd album ‘Lungu Boy’

Asake, the Nigerian Afrobeats sensation, has just dropped his highly anticipated third studio album, titled Lungu Boy. The album, featuring 13 tracks, was announced in the early hours of Friday.

Asake, widely known for his hit single “Lonely At The Top,” has collaborated with several international artists on this project, including prominent rappers like Stormzy, Travis Scott, Central Cee, Ludmilla from Brazil, and Wizkid.

The album’s tracks include “MMS,” “Mood,” “My Heart,” “Worldwide,” “Active,” “Suru,” “Skating,” “Wave,” and “Mentally.” Additionally, the album features tracks like “Uhh Yeah,” “I Swear,” “Ligali,” and “Whine,” with a bonus track titled “Fuji Vibe.”

Asake, a Grammy-nominated artist, first rose to prominence in 2020 with his hit song “Lady.” He joined YBNL, the record label owned by Olamide, in February 2022.

Since then, he has released two other studio albums, *Mr Money With The Vibes* (2022) and *Work of Art* (2023), earning numerous awards and nominations along the way.
