APC Unveils Campaign Council, Commits to Backing Imo Governor’s Re-Election
The party’s National Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje, expressed full support for Governor Hope Uzodimma’s re-election bid during the inauguration ceremony in Owerri.
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has officially launched its Campaign Council for the upcoming Imo State Governorship Election, slated for November 11.
The party’s National Chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje, expressed full support for Governor Hope Uzodimma’s re-election bid during the inauguration ceremony in Owerri.
He emphasized that the APC remains a formidable contender in the Imo governorship race and pledged that, if re-elected, Uzodimma’s administration would achieve even more than in its first term.
Governor Bassey Otu of Cross River State, who serves as the Director General of the Imo State National Campaign Council, echoed Governor Ganduje’s sentiments. Ganduje affirmed that the APC possesses all the necessary resources to secure victory in the upcoming election and assured that both the national party leadership and the administration led by President Bola Tinubu would provide unwavering support to Uzodimma and the APC in Imo.
With the Campaign Council now in place, the APC is set to kick off an intensive campaign across all 27 local government areas of the state.
