AOA Reach Organizes Free Medical Outreach in Kwara Community

A charitable organization, AOA Reach, on Saturday organized a free medical outreach for the residents of the Yeregi community in Moro Local Government Area of Kwara State.
The medical outreach, organized in partnership with Worthy Life Foundation, addressed a critical need, as the villagers often face significant challenges in accessing healthcare, with the nearest clinic located several kilometers away.
Speaking with our correspondent in a telephone interview, the founder of the foundation, Abdulkodir Abdullahi, explained that during the outreach, the foundation’s medical team conducted vital health assessments, including blood pressure, sugar level, and BMI checks for 40 adults and elderly residents.
He noted that these screenings are crucial for the early diagnosis and management of common health conditions, particularly in underserved areas.
While expressing gratitude to Worthy Life Foundation for their invaluable partnership in making the outreach a success, Abdullahi reiterated AOA’s commitment to empowering vulnerable communities through sustainable initiatives.
