Again, Court grants Emefiele N300m bail

The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory has approved bail for Godwin Emefiele, the ex-governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, setting the bail amount at N300 million.
The judge specified that Emefiele needs two sureties with certificates of occupancy and property titles in the Maitama district.
Additionally, he must surrender all travel documents to the court registrar and stay within the Abuja Municipal Council.
Emefiele is to be held at the Kuje Correctional Centre until he fulfills the bail requirements.
