No fewer than 600 people have benefited from the free medical outreach sponsored by SDP Kwara South Senatorial Candidate, Prof. Wale Sulaiman CON.
During the The Free Medical Outreach which was kicked off On Saturday in Share, Ifelodun local government area of Kwara state, people were considered for free surgery, Glasses and drugs were given out after the check up.
Sho Pen online gathered that the outreach was organized in partnership with Sakainah Foundation.
Speaking with newsmen shortly after the Programme, Boladale Sodiq Opeyemi, who is an aide to Prof Wale Sulaiman on Media and Publicity explained that the purpose of the medical outreach is to ensure that the people of Kwara South have access to Basic Health Care.
According to him, “Giving the background of my principal being a medical practitioner he understands the need of Kwara Southerners.
“He has executed a number of free medical mission in Kwara State through partnership and is time to bring it to the door step of the good people of Kwara South.
“One of the cardinal objectives of my principal’s mandate is to ensure that our people in kwara south have access to basic healthcare and he his highly committed to that, the journey starts now, not untill he is elected a Senator.
Responding to questions about the forthcoming election, Boladale urged the people of Kwara south to vote Prof Wale Sulaiman because he have a clear track record of excellence unlike his opponents who has misrepresented the people of Kwara South.
He however solicit support for his principal and other candidates of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Kwara State.
Dr S. B Oyewole, The representative of Sakinah Foundation in her brief interview commended Prof Wale for his stride in bringing health care to his people, noting that the free medical outreach wil be held across the seven local governments that makes up Kwara South Senatorial District.
Beneficiaries in their separate interviews praised Prof Wale Sulaiman for his humanitarian gesture, prayed for his victory at the 2023 Poll.
