Stakeholders of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Kwara North Senatorial District have declared their unalloyed for the re-election of Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq in the 2023 general elections at a Stakeholders meeting on Monday.
The stakeholders meeting which was held at Moro Local Governments area secretariat in Bode Saadu had the attendance of by party leaders and faithfuls across the district including Members of House of representatives representing Edu/Patigi/Moro constituency and member representing Baruten/Kaiama Constituency
State Lawmakers, Party Elders from all the Local Government and top Government functionaries from the zone were in attendance.
While delivery his short remark at the event, The Speaker Kwara State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Yakubu Salihu Danladi said PDP is trying to impose failed politicians on the region by its so-called zoning of the Governorship ticket to Kwara North, noting that the Kwara North APC have resolved not to fall for the gimmick of the failed dynasty.
He Therefore pledged that the people of the district are solidly behind Gov Abdulrazaq for his re-election bid.
On his part, The Senator representing Kwara North at the National Assembly, Sen Sadiq Umar commended Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq for his developmental strides in the senatorial district.
The Senator also expressed the confidence of the people from the zone in the Abdulrahman-led Administration
He said, “For us in kwara North, we are happy with governor Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq for what he has done for us. We are going to return no other person except him in 2023″
